So I found that you have to set .htaccess file or your vhost like this

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^[^/]*\\.html$ index.php

If you don't do that all pages will stop work.

NOTE: Not every extension support static urls

And so these values "config.simulate...." are to be set in the setup field of the template
